AJT Transport Consultancy Ltd (formerly AJT Tachograph Services) was formed in October 2006 by John Logue after almost 20 years working as a transport investigator, analyst and compliance officer for the Driver & Vehicle Agency (DVA).

We work with transport operators of all sizes across the island of Ireland, supporting them with tachograph and operator license compliance.  This includes a range of analysis and consultancy services, as well as the supply of market-leading digital tachograph analysis hardware and software.

In addition to offering an outsourced tachograph analysis service, more recently we have been working with companies to move to automated and paperless compliance systems, including remote downloading of data and digital analytics, to replace laborious manual ways of handling tachograph data.

We understand the complex sector-specific challenges that drivers and transport operators face and have an in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of the enforcement side of tachograph legislation.  This experience has made us the go-to within Ireland for advice and guidance on operator license applications and compliance and court summons, public inquiries and tribunals.

We also deliver bespoke training packages on driver’s hours, working time and tachograph use for drivers, administrators and traffic office staff.
